By accessing or using the AetherNode platform, website, APIs, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

The Services are not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.

To access certain features, you must create an account and complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

AetherNode provides access to cryptocurrency spot trading, futures/perpetual contracts, and related services. Trading digital assets involves significant risk. The value of digital assets can be volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment. Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses.

AetherNode does not provide investment advice. All trading decisions are your own. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other charges are published on our fee schedule page and may be updated from time to time. By using the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fee changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for money laundering or terrorist financing; (b) engage in market manipulation, including wash trading or spoofing; (c) use automated systems to abuse the platform; (d) attempt to circumvent any security measures; (e) use the Services in violation of any applicable law.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by AetherNode or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AetherNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
