How do I reset my password?
Go to Settings > Security > Change Password. You will need access to your registered email and 2FA device.
What are the trading fees?
Spot trading fees start at 0.1% maker / 0.1% taker. Futures fees start at 0.02% maker / 0.05% taker. Volume-based discounts available.
How long do withdrawals take?
Most crypto withdrawals are processed within 10-30 minutes. Large withdrawals may require additional security review (up to 24 hours).
What leverage is available?
Futures trading supports up to 150x leverage on major pairs. We strongly recommend starting with lower leverage and using stop-loss orders.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and cold storage for 95% of assets. Regular third-party security audits.
